Just a quick note to thank you for fantastic service. I ordered a Seksy by Sekonda watch Friday morning for my Niece's 18th Birthday and was pleasantly surprised when I received it on saturday morning, yes the next day! I did request next day delivery but I assumed me being in N.Ireland that would mean I would just get it quicker than normal, certainly not next day, I am used to feeling like N.Ireland is not the in the UK but a million miles away,(other companys take note!)...I know where I'll be shopping the next time I am looking for a watch. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a Casio one on-line from www.findwatches.co.uk. It arrived the next day, but that the actual watch was a slightly different model. This was where the brilliant customer service kicked in with a friendly phone manner and an immediate and clear concern to sort it out for me.

It transpired that Casio had changed the model without informing Find Watches, and that it would not be possible to get the model I had ordered.

Find Watches then said he would search for the best replacement watch was and get back to me. Find Watches kept their word and a few hours later emailed me back.

I have bought the new watch, which again arrived the next day. For me, some mistakes and problems in business are inevitable. It is how the problems are dealt with that is what counts.

So now I am a fan and ready to recommend this company to anyone.
