The watches
- Are all watches genuine?
Yes. All of the watches that we stock are supplied directly by the manufacturers.
We do not stock imitation watches or buy from dubious sources.
- Are any of
the watches used / seconds / do they have their serial numbers removed?
No. All of our watches are brand new and in top retail condition. They are
exactly the same as if you purchased them from a high-street shop.
- Do I receive
instructions, presentation box etc?
Yes. Presentation packaging, instruction books, warranties etc are all exactly
the same as buying from the high-street.
- Are the watches covered by
warranty?
Yes. Every watch on our site comes with a warranty provided by the relevant
manufacturer of between one and three years. More details can be found on
our warranty page.
- Why are the
prices so low?
Not only do we have the benefit of reducing costs by selling online, but we
buy in bulk from the manufacturers giving us preferential rates. We also buy
large amounts of watches from the manufacturers during promotional periods
enabling us to pass the savings on to our customers.

- Who are Find Watches / Find Jewellery?
This site, and our sister site Find
Jewellery, are run as a joint venture between a high-street jeweller and
an internet marketing company. This gives us the unique advantages of combining
modern marketing methods with 3 decades of experience in the jewellery trade.
- Do you have a shop that I can visit?
Our shop operates separately from our online business, meaning that the product
range and pricing is significantly different. For this reason we do not encourage
online customers to visit our high-street operation.
- Are you an authorised dealer?
Yes. We are authorised dealers for all the watch brands that we sell.
Ordering
- Is ordering online safe?
Yes. We partner with WorldPay, one of the world's leading providers of online
payments, to ensure that you can shop with confidence.
- What protection do I have?
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty that is supplied with every watch
ordered from us, we also provide our own 14 day no quibble guarantee. This
means that if you decide not to keep the watch, for any reason, you can return
it to us within 14 days for a full refund. See our Terms
& Conditions page for more information.
- Can I order by telephone?
Yes. We are happy to take orders by telephone on 0800 734 0734. Operators
are available to take your order from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. During
other times you may leave a message and an operator will call you back.
About Shipping / Delivery
- When will
my order arrive?
If you place your order before 2pm you will usually receive it by 1pm the
next working day. Exceptions to this are where we are temporarily out of stock
or where we are advised to make additional security checks. If you must have
your watch next day we advise that you let us know.
Some of our watches are marked as having an delivery schedule of up to 14
days. These watches may be on back order from our suppliers or only available
in limited numbers. These watches will be dispatched to your as soon as they
become available for shipping to you (usually within 14 days) and we will
contact you at this time, so that you know when to expect delivery. (See individual
watch details pages for expected delivery times.)
- Will I need to sign for it?
Yes. In order to provide insurance during transit we ship all items via Royal
Mail special delivery. This requires a signature on delivery.
- What if
I am not in when my order arrives?
If you are not in when your order arrives the postman will leave a note for
you and take the package to your local sorting office. The note will contain
instructions on how to either collect the parcel or to arrange a more convenient
delivery time.
- Can my order be sent to another
address?
Yes. Simply specify different shipping & billing addresses when you place
your order. In these instances we are required to make additional security
checks in order to ensure that your card is not being used without your permission.
This may require you providing proof of address or other information and can
add to the usual delivery times.
- Can you ship internationally?
We only ship orders within the UK.
After Sales
- What can I do if my watch doesn't fit correctly?
The quickest way to get your watch adjusted is at your local jewellers. Most
jewellers will provide this service for just a few pounds.
- What do I do if I don't like the
watch when it arrives?
Simply contact us to arrange return and we will be happy to provide either
a replacement or refund.
- What happens if my watch stops
or breaks later on?
All watches that we sell are covered by manufacturers warranties of between
one and three years. Simply consult the warranty leaflet that you receive
with your watch for instructions.
