Shipping & Returns

All items ordered from FindWatches.co.uk, are shipped with their manufacturers packaging, instruction manuals and guarantees.

All orders are carefully dispatched in protective packaging and sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery and Signed For Services and insurance is provided through the Royal Mail.

We stock all watches from our range in limited numbers so that we can despatch orders the same or next day for immediate delivery!

Some of our watches are marked as having an delivery schedule of up to 21 days. These watches may be on back order from our suppliers or only available in limited numbers. These watches will be dispatched to your as soon as they become available for shipping to you (usually within 21 days) and we will contact you at this time, so that you know when to expect delivery. (See individual watch details pages for expected delivery times.)

Standard Delivery dispatch/delivery times

Our Standard Delivery option will be dispatched to you either the same day or within 48 hours and can be expected to arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch. European order deliveries can be expected within 14 working days.

These times are given as a guide and represent the usual delivery period. Public holidays will effect these times, as may very occasional operational matters.



Lost Damaged or Late Packages

Although we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arrive. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us. We will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. All items are sent special delivery and insurance is provided through the Royal Mail, with whom the responsibility for packages remains during transit.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can take further action.

Return of Unwanted Goods :: Our satisfaction guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. You do not even need to tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition within 14 days. Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer.

If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. For reasons of security, packages containing jewellery that are returned to our administration address will be refused. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The cost of returning orders is to be met by the customer, except in the instance that the products purchased are found to be faulty upon receipt (If this is the case, then we will refund the cost of postage to the customers account). With watches that are returned to us as unwanted, then we will refund the cost of the order to the customers account, minus the cost of any initial postal charges.
