We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online

Orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and Signed For Services. All items are
insured during transit to a maximum value of �2,500 per order. For reasons
of security we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when

alternate arrangement (we will need to verify your identity to do this).
Packages sent using Special Delivery and Signed For Services require a signature on
delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need
to collect this from a local postal point. Please speak to your local mail handlers

Return of Unwanted Goods :: Our satisfaction guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact
us within 30 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund of the cost of the goods. You
do not even need to tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be
made within 30 days. Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original
condition and with all included manufacturer's presentation boxes, instruction and guarantee booklets within
14 days. The cost of the return postage is to be met by you as the customer. Where goods are not returned in
this time we reserve
the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer. We reserve the right to retain the cost of Next Day
Delivery fees if these are selected from any refunds given. Where orders are only partially refunded and the
cost of the remainder of the order falls below our free delivery limit (if it was exceeded), then we reserve
the right to charge you our standard delivery charge (This charge will be made against the refund due to
your account).
If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to
sending them back. For reasons of security packages containing watches that
are returned to our administration address will be refused. We also strongly
recommend that returned goods are sent by Special Delivery or Singed For services with the appropriate
insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition,
there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should
receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days
of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer
service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged
goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you. If you would like

WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now U K law. The legislation aims to make
producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also
mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to
return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste
stream in the UK.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of
WEEE going into landfill sites.
FindWatches are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a
like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if you bought a new watch from us we would accept your old watch and prevent it going into a
landfill site by disposing of it safely.
