The Expendables is the highly anticipated movie that has all of the most famous 90’s action stars coming together to create a fast paced, explosive movie.  The Expendables is being promoted by Police watches and Police accessories, the urban lifestyle brand.  The credits read like a roll call of the most famous 90’s action movie stars in the world . A group of highly skilled mercenaries band together, hired to assassinate the merciless dictator of a South American Island. When they get to the island they realise that things are more complicated than they imagined. They must then decide whether to stay and help the local resistance or leave with heavy consciences.

The film is a tribute to the great action films of the 90’s. It will come as no surprise that there is a lot of fighting, big explosions, thrilling escapes and daring rescues. The Expendables is directed by Sylvester Stallone who also stars in the film and it seems that the fans love it. Of course you shouldn’t expect great acting or an amazing story but that isn’t what The Expendables is about.

There are few rules. Freedom of expression is tantamount to this competition. There will be three judges who will have the final word on the choice. Entrance is open to all regardless of status as a professional or amateur photographer. Digital image processing is permitted. All this together means that you can Be Younique, the only guideline is that the photo should be one that you have taken that in some way relates to the theme of the competition, a unique or unforgettable moment in your life. Obviously photos should not be of an obscene or violent nature.

The competition is going to run until the 30^th June 2010. You can enter photos on the Police website. So grab a camera and start taking some photos! There is a prize of 1000 euros for the best photo, and 9 other winners will receive a pair of Police sunglasses.
